Introducing Caryn Capriccioso, ReHealth Collaborative's New President!

By Melanie Bella, Alison Rein, Erica Webber (ReHealth Collaborative Board members)

ReHealth Collaborative is thrilled to welcome Caryn Capriccioso as its new President!

After an extensive, nationwide search, Caryn stood out among a very strong pool of candidates. Her demonstrated track record of catalyzing community change, scaling social enterprises, leading dynamic organizations, and moving capital to address critical challenges make Caryn the ideal choice to lead ReHealth into its next chapter.

Caryn's experience building and leading impact-first organizations, coupled with her entrepreneurial approach, will be invaluable as ReHealth continues to drive more capital to organizations and programs that meaningfully improve community health. Her cross-sector background gives her a unique perspective on the challenges facing nonprofit organizations and the opportunities for organizations like ReHealth to attract and deploy capital for the greater good. Her prior experience as a founder, consultant, and interim executive director demonstrates her ability to lead mission-driven organizations and position them for sustainable growth. We are confident that she will bring fresh insights and novel approaches to ReHealth’s core mission and work.

In the coming weeks and months, the ReHealth board will be working to introduce Caryn to current partners, as well as to impact-oriented individuals and organizations in our network, for conversations that will help shape the vision and strategic action plan for ReHealth Collaborative moving forward. We welcome and value your input as ReHealth embarks on this exciting new chapter.

We also would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Henderson Brown, who expertly guided ReHealth as Interim President in 2024. Henderson’s leadership was instrumental in moving us from ideas to implementation this year, including closing our first loan transaction from the Family Focused Recovery Fund. We appreciate his dedication to the ReHealth mission and look forward to his continued advisory support in 2025.

As a board, we are collectively committed to supporting Caryn and advancing ReHealth’s efforts to direct more capital to solutions that reduce disparities and improve community health and resilience. We are confident that under Caryn’s leadership, ReHealth Collaborative will continue to build accessible and innovative financing products that help nonprofits to achieve mission impact.

“Caryn’s passion for social impact is contagious. ReHealth Collaborative and our partners will benefit from her entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated ability to drive innovation in the non-profit sector.”

“Building capacity and fostering collaboration is exactly what ReHealth Collaborative needs as the organization continues to grow. I'm confident that under Caryn's leadership, ReHealth will build on its early success to make significant strides in supporting evidence-based programs to improve communities nationwide."
