Caryn is a dynamic leader with a proven record of catalyzing people, ideas, and capital for progressive social change. Alongside her expertise in building and leading impact-first organizations, Caryn is deeply committed to advancing inclusive and equitable programs and services for individuals, organizations, and communities.
Caryn is a co-founder and principal of interSector Partners, L3C, a mission-first consultancy that for 15+ years has supported nonprofits, impact businesses, and government agencies in building capacity to better serve their communities. In this role, Caryn successfully led consulting engagements with more than 125 organizations, including crafting business plans, executing feasibility studies, creating strategic and sustainability plans, and facilitating executive transitions.
Prior to ReHealth Collaborative, Caryn served as interim executive director of Generation Patient and of Disability Law Colorado, where she led mission-driven organizations through critical transitions to enhance operations and set the stage for sustainable growth.
Earlier in her career, Caryn developed the Colorado Nonprofit Social Enterprise Exchange, where she and her co-founders designed, raised capital for, and led a community-supported social enterprise accelerator that built capacity for nonprofits to create and launch impact ventures. Caryn also served on the founding team and board of directors for Impact Hub Boulder, raising initial investments, building membership, and serving as a mentor to emerging impact businesses. She is a certified facilitator in equity, inclusion, and values-based group processes.

Melanie Bella
Cressey & Company
Melanie Bella serves as executive advisor at Cressey & Company, a health care investment firm that invests in partnerships to improve the health care system. Prior to Cressey & Company, Ms. Bella served as executive vice president of policy and duals strategy at Cityblock Health, a value based primary care provider serving Medicaid beneficiaries and those dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
Melanie is former chair of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC). She was also the founding director of the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), where she designed and launched payment and delivery system demonstrations to improve quality and reduce costs. She previously served as senior vice president at the Center for Health Care Strategies and as the director of the Indiana Medicaid program, where she oversaw Medicaid, the state’s Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the state’s long-term care insurance program.
Alison Rein
Quantified Ventures
As Managing Director of the Quantified Ventures Health and Human Services team, Alison works to mobilize new sources of capital to advance creative, cross-sector, and collaborative solutions that improve health equity and address social determinants of health. With over 25 years of experience in the strategic consulting and healthcare fields, Alison excels at partnership development, sustainable financing, program design, and implementation planning. An entrepreneurial thinker, Alison believes that bold action is required to deliver innovative interventions that address the health-related social needs of people and communities.
Prior to joining Quantified Ventures, Alison served as Senior Director at AcademyHealth, where she partnered with public and private sector funders to advance population health improvement, drive toward delivery system transformation, and accelerate research capacity. She has also held roles as Assistant Director of food and health policy at the National Consumers League, and as a Practice Director conducting health economic outcomes and market research on behalf of life sciences and other healthcare clients.
Erica Webber
IBM
As the Director of Research Alliances at IBM, Erica Webber accelerates the translation of scientific discovery in AI, quantum, and hybrid cloud computing into value-creating technology and services for enterprises. She and her team execute joint development, scientific, and intellectual property (IP) partnerships between leading companies and IBM Research. Earlier in her 17 years at IBM, she was a technology IP dealmaker for large, complex deals, as well as a global consulting leader.
Prior to IBM, Ms. Webber delivered strong financial and operational results in research leadership positions of increasing responsibility at the University of California San Francisco, ending as the Assistant Controller where she managed $800M annually in sponsored biomedical and clinical research funding. She began her career at Price Waterhouse as a management consultant, where she transformed government operations.
