Caryn Capriccioso
Caryn is a dynamic leader with a proven record of catalyzing people, ideas, and capital for progressive social change. She is dedicated to building stronger organizations and more equitable communities. As co-founder and principal of interSector Partners, she advised more than 125 nonprofits, foundations, businesses, and government agencies on strategy, social enterprise development, sustainable financing, and organizational growth.
She previously served as interim executive director for Generation Patient and Disability Law Colorado, where she led mission-driven organizations through critical transitions to enhance operations and set the stage for sustainable growth. She also helped launch both the Colorado Nonprofit Social Enterprise Exchange and Impact Hub Boulder. Caryn is a certified facilitator in equity, inclusion, and values-based group processes.

Henderson Brown
Henderson is a goal-focused operations and legal strategist with a demonstrated record of providing executive leadership in the operations, legal, employment, and business operations of high growth and Fortune 100 companies, utilities, and government enterprises. Henderson served two terms as General Counsel for DC Water (1998-2003; 2016-2018) and was Interim General Manager for DC Water during 2017-2018. Prior to DC Water, he served as Associate General Counsel to Tyson Foods. An excellent department and project leader, Henderson can evaluate and resolve problems and build and drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, with high quality work products that exceed expectations. He is adept at solving complex problems and is an excellent communicator with the ability to build and strengthen relationships with top management, unions, colleagues, staff, external stakeholders, governmental agencies, and community advocacy groups. Henderson is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia bars.

As the Founder of Landmark Virtual Assistance, Sarah brings over a decade of experience in disability advocacy, civic engagement, and nonprofit spaces to support mission-driven individuals and organizations with their communications, operational, and administrative needs. Alison Rein, Chair
As CEO & Managing Partner of QV Health Solutions, Alison works to mobilize new sources of capital to advance creative, cross-sector, and collaborative solutions that improve health equity and address social determinants of health. With over 25 years of experience in the strategic consulting and healthcare fields, Alison excels at partnership development, sustainable financing, program design, and implementation planning. An entrepreneurial thinker, Alison believes that bold action is required to deliver innovative interventions that address the health-related social needs of people and communities. Prior to launching QV Health Solutions, Alison served as the Managing Director of the Health and Human Services team at Quantified Ventures. Before that, she held the role of Senior Director at AcademyHealth, where she partnered with public and private sector funders to advance population health improvement, drive toward delivery system transformation, and accelerate research capacity. She has also held roles as Assistant Director of food and health policy at the National Consumers League, and as a Practice Director conducting health economic outcomes and market research on behalf of life sciences and other healthcare clients.

Dr. Kim Gadsden-Knowles
The MCH SPARK CollaborativeDr. Kim Gadsden-Knowles is a public health leader, researcher, educator, and founder of The MCH SPARK Collaborative, where she partners with organizations to strengthen maternal and child health systems through strategic planning, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and health equity. She currently serves in a federal public health leadership role and brings more than 25 years of experience across federal, state, and local public health agencies. Her work has focused on advancing health equity, strengthening public health infrastructure, and building partnerships across governmental public health, healthcare, academia, and community-based organizations. Her research focuses on addressing structural barriers to equitable maternal and infant health outcomes, particularly breastfeeding equity for Black families. She also serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the MA in Human Lactation Studies Program at National Louis University's Graduate School of Business and Leadership. She is passionate about designing sustainable, community-centered approaches that strengthen the connections among public health, healthcare, and community organizations to improve health outcomes.
Jennifer Baron
Jennifer's passion is to get healthcare systems - particularly Medicaid and Medicare - to better serve people with complex medical and social needs. As Senior Strategist at Cityblock Health, Jennifer leads the organization's policy efforts, supporting the delivery of integrated primary care, behavioral health, and social care for people the health care system has historically left behind. Her work centers on translating federal and state policy shifts into actions that improve patient experience, quality, and cost. Before Cityblock, Jennifer served as a Senior Advisor to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services “Duals Office," where she partnered with states and health plans to design and implement programs where people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid could access both sets of benefits through a single program. Before joining federal government, Jennifer led the health care research and advisory team at the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School, along with earlier career roles in municipal government and global healthcare delivery.

Dr. Jeffrey Su
nRhythmDr. Jeffrey Su has led a diverse and international career as an ecologist, academic, executive director, entrepreneur, consultant and psychotherapist in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Africa. He has lead organizations and networks with a wide range of impact missions from large landscape conversation, regenerative agriculture, corporate sustainability, and advancing racial, community and urban development. Throughout his career Jeff has applied systems thinking and holistic approaches to help organizations create conditions for greater resilience and unleash their full potential. Currently, Jeff is a managing director at nRhythm. He holds a B.S. in Zoology/Botany from the University of Massachusetts, a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Main and a degree in Holistic Psychotherapy from Sophia College, Australia.
Maryland Department of HealthRanda Collins
Randa is a public health and grants management professional with nearly a decade of experience across federal, state, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Grants Program Administrator with the Maryland Department of Health, she previously managed a $30M+ federal portfolio at HRSA across the Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. Randa holds a Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Human Security, is completing her MPH, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is passionate about health equity, social determinants of health, and brings a deep cultural competency shaped by her international experiences and frontline community work.
Nancy Wexler
John A. Hartford FoundationNancy Wexler, DBH, MPH, is a Senior Program Officer at The John A. Hartford Foundation. She has more than 16 years of experience in developing and managing integrated care delivery and population health models aimed at improving the quality, value, and experience of care. Previously, Dr. Wexler served as Director of Innovation and Collaborative Care for Banner University Health Plans, where she developed care programs for older adults with complex needs and created alternative payment models and payer-provider partnerships. With the University of Arizona Center on Aging and Department of Geriatrics, she designed and launched primary care at home and interdisciplinary co-management programs serving older adults with co-occurring medical and behavioral health conditions. She is also a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University’s College of Health Solutions doctoral program in integrated care.
