ReHealth Collaborative aligns and moves impact-first catalytic capital toward community-driven health solutions that improve individual and community well-being. As an evergreen capital pool, ReHealth is designed to raise mission-aligned dollars, allocate capital to community health organizations, and redeploy capital as investments are repaid.

ReHealth Investment Criteria

  • Impact

    We are looking for organizations, programs, and companies with strong potential to achieve long-term tangible community impact that have or are working toward a sustainable financial model.

  • Organization Type

    We typically invest in nonprofit organizations that are looking to pilot, grow, or scale health solutions that achieve equitable outcomes for the communities they serve.

  • Geography

    We invest in 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations whose primary operations and core programs / services are delivered in the United States.

  • Investment Size

    Our typical investments are in the range of $100,000 to $500,000, and are designed to meet the capital need for the specific program or service. We are an impact-first capital allocator, meaning that we strive to prioritize impact with our investments. As such, our typical returns are below market-rate and are designed to meet organizations and programs / services where they are in their life cycle.

  • Team

    We believe that locally-rooted teams with diverse skills, relevant lived experiences, and fresh perspectives make better decisions for their communities, build more resilient programs / businesses, and drive sustainable innovation. We prioritize organizations where community members have an active voice in decision-making at multiple-levels.
